The safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults lie at the heart of everything we do. We believe that safeguarding is not just a responsibility, but a core value that shapes every aspect of club life. Our commitment to pastoral care means we are constantly working to create an environment where everyone feels secure, supported, and respected.
We are proud to be a club that celebrates success, but never at the expense of safety or wellbeing. Members, visitors, and families can be assured that we are a caring and vigilant community, where the protection of the most vulnerable is embedded in our culture.
We constantly review our Safeguarding Policies and Procedures to further strengthen our efforts and ensure the club remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy the game.
Should there ever be a safeguarding issue you wish to raise, please know that you will be listened to and supported. Our Club Welfare Officer can be contacted on: 07858 464611 or by email, safeguarding@halifaxgolfclub.co.uk.
Together, we continue to build a community based on trust, respect, and shared responsibility - for every child, every vulnerable adult, and every member of our club.
